Alice Redmond to bring expertise as Judging Coordinator in Pharma Industry Awards 2025

With over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology sectors, Alice Redmond brings unparalleled expertise and leadership to the judging panel of the Pharma Industry Awards 2025.

Currently serving as Chief Risk and Quality Officer (CRQO) at CAI, Alice oversees enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance across global operations. Her work ensures that CAI continues to deliver services of the highest quality while maintaining safety, integrity, and adherence to international standards.

Previously Chief Strategy Officer, Alice led global strategic planning and partnership development, driving CAI’s growth and innovation. Her extensive background spans leadership roles across 12 countries, with hundreds of life sciences projects executed in collaboration with regulatory authorities and industry leaders.

A respected voice in pharmaceutical governance and regulatory excellence, Alice has served on multiple boards and committees, including ISPE, Women in Pharma, PDA, and the EMEA Regulatory Quality Harmonisation Council. She currently chairs the ISPE Global Document Council and co-leads the Regulatory Global Harmonisation Committee, contributing to the evolution of quality and risk management practices across the industry.

Recipient of the Pharma Leader of the Year 2024, Alice continues to champion innovation, compliance, and excellence within the global life sciences community.

The Pharma Industry Awards Gala will take place on 20 November 2025 at the Royal Dublin Convention Centre, celebrating the people and organisations driving innovation and success in Ireland’s pharmaceutical sector.
